Free or flat rate shipping via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Shipping will be calculated according to current rates.
Canada & International Shipping
Shipping will be calculated according to current rates. All shipping will be declared at purchase price. Pure Wave Audio will not under-declare or gift-declare any shipments; doing so is illegal and jeopardizes us from doing business in the future. Most products under $1500 will be sent USPS Priority; shipping services are the at the discretion of Pure Wave Audio. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Restrictions by Manufacturer
Some manufacturers restrict the shipment of their products outside of the United States. PreSonus and Steinberg/Yamaha products will only be shipped within the United States.

Returns & Replacements
Pure Wave Audio has put tremendous effort into providing thorough product information in order to assist you with making the right purchase for your application. If you are uncertain about making a purchase, please send us an email with your question(s). We operate a full service commercial recording studio, and can help you determine the right product for your application.
If you made an incorrect or incompatible purchase, Pure Wave Audio will accept a return for store credit only (see exceptions* below). Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in new working condition and show no signs of wear or use. Store credit will only be issued in the amount of the original item(s) sale price (plus sales tax, if applicable), less a 20% restocking fee. Original sale price does not include shipping, handling, duties, or any other costs beyond the item price. Store credits are good towards the purchase of item(s) at Pure Wave Audio stores only. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise, as well as the cost of shipping for items purchased through store credit, if applicable. No store credits will be issued for returned items that are found to be damaged, abused or otherwise unusable.

- Over-size or over-weight items

- Special Orders such as custom cable orders

If you believe your item is defective, please contact the product manufacturer for technical support. If the item is deemed defective, Pure Wave Audio will accept a return in exchange for the same item only. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning the defective merchandise. Pure Wave Audio offers free shipping on the replacement merchandise. There is a 35% restocking fee if a returned item is found to be not defective. No exchanges will be authorized for returned items that are found to have been damaged or abused by the customer.
How To Return An Item
All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Pure Wave Audio by contacting our support email. All returns must have their complete and original packaging, along with all original contents (such as accessories, documentation, owner's manual, warranty card, etc.) The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
All returns, credits and exchanges are at the discretion of Pure Wave Audio.

No Sales Tax:
Pure Wave Audio does not collect the sales tax for any purchases made from outside of the state of Arizona. Customers are responsible for their own taxes.

- Pure Wave Audio accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
- Arizona residents pay 8.1% sales tax.
- International orders must use PayPal with confirmed address only.
Viewing Orders & Account Information
To view your recent orders, log into your account. The first page will default to Account Dashboard where you will see recent orders and some account information. To see detailed information, go to My Orders on the left navigation and then select View Order to the right of the order you wish to see. You will even have the option to reorder a product with a click of a button. Other options in your account are: Account Information, Address Book, Billing Agreements, Recurring Profiles, My Product Reviews, My Tags, Wishlist, My Applications, Newsletter Subscriptions..
