Pure Wave Audio has put tremendous effort into providing thorough product information in order to assist you with making the right purchase for your application. General Returns
If you made an incorrect or incompatible purchase, Pure Wave Audio will accept a return for store credit only (see exceptions* below).
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
The item(s) must be in new working condition and show no signs of wear or use. Store credit will only be issued in the amount of the original item(s) sale price (plus sales tax, if applicable), less a 20% restocking fee. Original sale price does not include shipping, handling, duties, or any other costs beyond the item price. Store credits are good towards the purchase of item(s) at Pure Wave Audio stores only. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise, as well as the cost of shipping for items purchased through store credit, if applicable. No store credits will be issued for returned items that are found to be damaged, abused or otherwise unusable.

Defective Merchandise
If you believe your item is defective, please contact the product manufacturer for technical support. If the item is deemed defective, Pure Wave Audio will accept a return in exchange for the same item only.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning the defective merchandise. Pure Wave Audio offers free shipping on the replacement merchandise. There is a 35% restocking fee if a returned item is found to be not defective. No exchanges will be authorized for returned items that are found to have been damaged or abused by the customer.
How To Return An Item
All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Pure Wave Audio by contacting our support email. All returns must have their complete and original packaging, along with all original contents (such as accessories, documentation, owner's manual, warranty card, etc.) The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
All returns, credits and exchanges are at the discretion of Pure Wave Audio.
