Pure Wave Audio has gone to great lengths to give you information to make you purchase correct the first time you buy. If you are not sure about your purchase, send us an email with your question. Our staff also runs a full commercial recording studio, so we can help you get the right product for the right job. Because of this, Pure Wave Audio accepts returns of defective merchandise only, within 14 days from purchase date. All original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals and any other items must be returned. A valid RMA number must be issued by Pure Wave Audio and clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Pure Wave Audio accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal (including Visa, MC, Discover, Amek), and Money Orders / Cashiers Checks. Please send MO and cashiers Checks with in 7 days of purchase.

In all states except Arizona, customers are responsible for their own sales tax.

International orders must use Paypal with confirmed address only.

Most products at Pure Wave Audio are shipped to you for reasonable rate Via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground. This is part of our commitment to you having an enjoyable experience shopping with us. If a product is returned, you will be responsible for shipping to and from your location.

We have set up different rates for international and Canada shipping. All shipping will be declared at purchase price. Please do not ask to lower the value or say it is a gift since that is illegal and jeopardizes PWA from doing business in the future! Products under $1500 will be sent USPS Priority. Duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility.

Some manufacturers restrict which products we can ship outside of the United States. PreSonus, Alesis, and Yamaha/Steinberg products will only be shipped within the United States.
