The FireStudio, with 32x18 zero latency mixer/router along with the MSR (Monitor Station Remote), delivers total control of your monitors, mixes, and communication with the band. The FireStudio also includes the PreSonus ProPak Software Suite with Cubase LE, ACID XMC, and over 2 GB of plug-ins, drum loops, and samples, giving you everything you need for professional music recording and production. Need more mic pres? The DigiMax FS, 96k, or LT can add upto 16 more preamps and line outputs to the FireStudio or any DAW with ADAT light pipe I/O.
The FireStudio is an 26 input 26 output firewire recording interface with 8 microphone preamps, MIDI I/O, SPDIF I/O, word clock, 8 channels of 96K adat (dual SMUX) in/out ( or 16 channels at 48Khz) and a 36x18 DSP matrix routing mixer. The Monitor Station Remote is a complete surround capable desktop remote control delivering the ability to switch between Track, Mix and Surround modes, as well as talkback, dim, mute, mono and dual headphone amplifiers. Track Mode delivers nine stereo mixes for monitoring in headphones during tracking, Mix Mode allows the user to switch between three sets of stereo monitors, and Surround Mode enables 5.1 surround control for mixing in surround sound.
Cubase LE is the new music production software based on award-winning Cubase SX technology featuring 48 audio tracks, VST plug-ins and full VSTi support. Cubase LE combines powerful audio and MIDI recording features with professional editing and effects. Cubase LE and all included plug-ins are compatible with both Mac and PC systems. Also, Cubase LE sessions are completely upward compatible with both Cubase SX and Nuendo. So if you choose to upgrade down the road to Cubase SX or Nuendo, you can seamlessly upgrade all of your existing sessions when you upgrade your software.
